Perfect pairing
Espresso Martini
- Pour a few ice cubes into a Martini glass to refresh the glass
- In a shaker, pour the vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup, espresso and ice cubes (and Speculoos if you like)
- Shake everything together for around 15 seconds
- Remove the ice cubes from the Martini glass
- Pour the mixture into the glass, straining through a cocktail strainer
- Add the coffee beans and enjoy!
