RETOUR, “SATISFAIT OU REMBOURSÉ”, DÉLAIS ET FRAIS

We do our utmost to ensure that our products give you complete satisfaction. In addition to the right of withdrawal, T.O.S DISTILLERIE offers its customers a commercial guarantee: “Satisfied or your money back”.

If the customer is not satisfied with the products ordered, he/she has a period of seven (7) additional days following the legal retraction period of fourteen (14) clear days to return the order. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and unconsumed. If the product has been used in any way, we will not be able to take it back and will return the product to you.

You will be responsible for the initial shipping, repacking and return costs. Only the price of the product(s) purchased and returned will be refunded. Transport costs are not refundable.

RETOUR, “SATISFAIT OU REMBOURSÉ”, AUTORISATION

A return authorization will be issued to you upon request by e-mail. Your request for authorisation may only concern one or more products from a single order at a time. This request must indicate the order concerned, list the products and quantities you wish to return and, if you wish, the reason(s) for the return.

The products must be in their original state, dry, clean, complete and accompanied by a copy of the return authorization.

RETOUR, “SATISFAIT OU REMBOURSÉ”, LITIGIEUX

Items returned by a customer either without a return identification number, or incomplete, or damaged, or soiled will not be refunded. These products will then remain at the disposal of the customer who can ask to have them back. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs.

REMBOURSEMENT

A refund of one or more products is only possible if, and only if, the assumptions set out in the articles concerning product returns are respected. These refunds will be made within a period of 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned products and the inspection of these products by us.

The refunding will be carried out with the choice of T.O.S DISTILLERIE, either (in this case with the agreement of the customer) in the form of a credit note to be used on the next orders, or by transfer, or by credit on the bank account of the holder of the payment card, or by bank or postal cheque, addressed by mail, with the name of the payer having regulated the order and with the address of invoicing of the customer.
